CCC Motorsport Seat Leon II 1P 2.0L TFSI Upgrade Valve for Fuel System
Upgrade pressure limiting valve for the fuel system for all 2.0L TFSI with more than 300hp.
The fuel supply of the TFSI engine consists of two circuits:
On the one hand from the low-pressure system (pump in the tank) with approx. 3 to 5bar working pressure. The low-pressure pump supplies the high-pressure pump to the motor, which operates at a high pressure of 50 to 130bar.
From an engine power of 300hp, the high-pressure pump should be replaced with a stronger one. In addition, this upgrade valve MUST be used with!
This valve establishes the connection between high and low pressure. In order to maintain a higher fuel pressure constantly, this valve is absolutely necessary.
